SENIORS TOGETHER PROGRAM

PURPOSE:

To provide a warm and friendly place for senior citizens to come for recreation, socializing and to receive updated information to other service agencies. We also have a nutrition site for daily meals for seniors.

WHO ARE WE?

We are a program that works with a network of agencies to meet the needs, physically and emotionally for the area senior citizens. Our geographical area includes: Conneaut, Monroe, Pierpont, North Kingsville and Kingsville

THE NEED

To make certain our area seniors have a place to attend that will strive to address group and individual needs. Information Provided for: Transportation , Light Housekeeping , Lawn Services, We'll Call Program, Recreation Programs, Medical Agencies

Services Provided:

-- Recreation, M-F bingo, card, etc.

-- Wellness Programs

-- Walking Area available

-- Speakers

-- We'll Call Program

Daily telephone calls for welfare checks.
