About Conneaut Human Resources Center
Formed in 1979 the Conneaut Human Resources Center is a
nonprofit corporation operated by a volunteer Board of
Directors and managed by an Executive Director.
In 1985 through the funds that were granted by the Civic
Development Corporation of Ashtabula County the Conneaut
Human Resources Center was able to move its operations from
a home on Broad Street to a facility that formerly was a
grocery store. This 20,000 sq ft location on Mill St. is
home to programs, agencies, and organizations that are
designed to help improve the quality of life.
The Conneaut Human Resources Center is dedicated to making
human social services more available to the community by
defining needs and providing programs and access to
information to the over 2,000 individuals who utilize our
facility each month.
The Conneaut Human Resources Center and its partner
agencies provide basic human services in a wide variety of
critical areas all under one roof for individuals of all
ages. Our Food Pantry, Seniors Together, Right Track and
Information and Referral Programs as well as our partnering
agencies, strive to provide assistance and hope for those in
need. Our building is centrally located within our
community, close to a large population of low income and
elderly citizens.
The Conneaut Human Resources Center is truly the one stop
center for the human service needs within our community.
